Elizabeth Gillies

Gillies began her acting career at 12 years old, as she first began participating in open castings in the locality. Gillies soon began to appear in commercials with companies like Virgin Mobile. Gillies appeared in the role of a frequent guest for the show The Black Donnellys in three seasons. Gillies stated that her parents thought it inappropriate for her to watch the show's entirety. In 2008 She appeared in small parts in the show The Clique, Harold, and Locker 514. At the end of summer, Ariana, who would later appear in Victorious alongside her, was cast with her as Lucy for the Goodspeed Production in Jason Robert Brown's 13 musical. After that, 13 moved to Broadway, which made it the first Broadway production to feature an ensemble and cast entirely consisting of teenagers. Gillies performed in two major performances "Opportunity" and "It Can't Be True" in addition to smaller roles in different songs, including the "title" song, "Hey Kendra" and "Getting Ready".
